Everybody's favorite teenage witch, Sabrina (Hart) is sent to the Italian capital by her father to find out the secret behind an old locket that has been sealed by one of her ancestors, Sophia.

Sabrina is given two weeks to solve the mystery, but is distracted in her quest by Paul, a cute American photographer, and his friend Travis. Unknown to Sabrina, Paul and Travis are actually plotting to expose her as a witch by selling photographs to the tabloids. If Sabrina is betrayed, she could lose her powers forever, putting a serious damper over her Roman Holiday.
