Much to Tommy's chagrin, he's got a new brother, Dylan Pickles whose world revolves only around himself. When Dil's attention-seeking tactics become too much to bear, Tommy, Chuckie, Phil and Lil hatch a plan to send him back to the hospital hell where he came from. But the group of babies gets lost in the vast forest, and must now put their heads together again to find their way home. While four heads are better than one, five proves too much and the strong-willed Dil unwittingly gets them into trouble time after time. Will the team ever get home in one piece?
