High tech action toys, programmed for combat, soon turn a suburban neighborhood into a major battlefield. They are every kid's dream toys - high tech action figures with advanced computer chips (the same ones used in advanced missiles) as brains for realism in combat play. The "good guys" are the small soldiers led by Major Chip Hazard and are programmed for battle against the alien Gorgonites led by Archer. While the soldiers are built for combat, the Gorgonites are programmed for pacifism and to lose. But with the help of some school kids, the one-sided battle turns out to be an all-out war!
