Darryl Freehorn (Zickel) is Canada's answer to England's Bond and America's CIA. Unfortunately, the Canadian Secret Service is quite unlike its counterparts - it has no money and even less credibility. Freehorn works in a shoe-boxed sized HQ with a stingy boss, green assistant and dumb technology specialist. His opportunity for the big time comes when gathering evidence about an American space station that has blown up all over Canada, and discovers that foul play is at hand.
