The Basilisk is like the Medusa, it can turn anyone who gazes into its eyes into stone. This reptilian monster can also spit venom that paralyses its prey and has impervious armor. The worst thing is that this ancient monster has been brought to life in modern times, without the knights and wizards to take it out in the good old fashioned way. Interestingly, the only way for the modern heroes to defeat the ancient terror is with an artifact known as the Eye of Medusa!
