In this animated movie, 12 year-old DJ and his friend Chowder learn that the house across the street is a monster that eats anything that trespasses on its lawn. DJ then comes up with a plan to destroy the house by striking at its heart – the basement furnace. But their plan is foiled when the house comes alive and starts to chase them down the street!
