Twelve-year-old Frank Wheeler, on the brink of puberty, decides to find out what women are about. He and his friends pool their money to go where women strip for cash – the Big City. Of course, the city is nothing like the suburbs that Frank is used to, and the boys promptly get mugged and robbed. They are rescued by a beautiful and streetwise woman named V. Frank immediately sees past her tough veneer, and wants her to marry his widowed father and become his step mom!
