A group of football misfits, led by a girl, battle their inept way to victory in this engaging family sports comedy. Becky O' Shea is rejected by team coach Kevin (O'Neill), who happens to be an uncle on her father's side of the family. In desperation, she gets her dad Danny (Moranis) to start another team made up of rejects. With a lot of work and laughs, they're soon ready to take on the rival team in the big game!
