An earthquake causes a leak at a nuclear waste storage facility. An engineer, Heinrich Schmidt, tries to warn the public as this leak will poison the waters but his boss wants to cover-up the incident and hires thugs to stop Schmidt. Escaping from the facility, Heinrich is injured in the process and loses his memory. Can he warn the public before it's too late?
