Kuki Gallmann (Basinger) wants a new start and leaves her predictable life in Italy for the freedom of the African wild. There, she discovers one true thing about Africa – that within its magical exterior and enchanting canvas is a place of pain and suffering which is certainly no walk in the park. Now home to a life that's free as far as her eyes can see, she has to deal with the locals – poachers who have never heard of animals on the endangered species list.
