When you accept $50,000 to be a human target, it's best to be a moving target. That's what Miami scam artist Pest Vargas (Leguizamo) realizes when he is on the run from the Scottish mob and a German headhunter. Once the chase is on, he uses his wits and wiles to don multiple personalities to save his skin, regardless of who he offends in the process.
