As Tony continues to fight for his life in the hospital, Chris and Bobby confront AJ about buying a gun. Meanwhile, in his parallel dream in Costa Mesa, Tony goes to a monastery and questions his identity as Kevin Finnerty. He admits he's been diagnosed with Alzheimer's. Silvio finally confides to his wife, only to see his asthma kick up over stress and gets sent to the hospital. Things start to escalate when Tony's blood pressure drop and he goes into cardiac arrest.
