As Tony prepares himself for his final surgery, he meets religious evangelicals Aaron and Bob and prays. After Jason Barone's father dies, Jason meets Paulie and sees Tony thinking of selling Barone Sanitation to Chucky. He gets a different opinion from Tony. Paulie, however, finds out that Aunt Dottie, a nun, is his real mother. When Tony meets with Phil outside the hospital, he sets things straight about the way Johnny Sack is doing things.
